"Best company for women": PAYBACK honored for the third time in a row awarded for the 3rd time in a row

BRIGITTE study ranks PAYBACK among Germany's best employers for women

Munich, 29.09.2021 - The PAYBACK company is once again one of the best employers for women. This is the result of a study conducted by Germany's leading women's magazine BRIGITTE in collaboration with Territory Embrace. The aim of the study, which has been conducted annually since 2018, is to elicit and award the best employers for women and in this way honor outstanding women's advancement. "We are very pleased with this great result. To pass here for the third time in a row is a nice and also important confirmation of our great commitment as a tech company to offer outstanding opportunities for women," says Carolin Schlegtendal, HR Director and Head of Talent Acquisition at PAYBACK.

Of the 292 companies that took part, those that excelled as an employer for women in five criteria were honored. These include measures to reconcile work and family life, flexibility at work, career development measures, the importance of transparency and equality within the company and, for the first time, the aspect of "women's power". Among other things, this evaluates the proportion of women at various management levels, and was given particular weight this year.

PAYBACK already received the "Best employer for women" award in 2019 and 2020, with 5 out of 5 possible stars in each case. Among employers with up to 2,000 employees, the tech company even made it into the top 10 best employers for women in Germany. PAYBACK is also very committed to the topic of "Inclusion & Diversity", among other things, and just a few weeks ago elected several internal ambassadors dedicated to I & D. Most recently, the company with headquarters in Munich received the highest score as "Employer with top career opportunities for women" in June 2021 by the Institute for Management and Economic Development together with Germany Test.
