Munich/Düsseldorf, 8 March 2013. Loyalty Partner GmbH has once again secured the title of “Top German Employer” of the year, which is presented by the independent CRF Institute. It is the seventh time that the holding parent company of PAYBACK, emnos and Loyalty Partner Solutions (LPS) – which is owned by American Express – has been honoured for its high-quality HR strategy and personnel management. Loyalty Partner has more than 800 employees at its Munich headquarters and operates subsidiaries in Europe, India, Mexico and the USA.
The provider of loyalty management solutions was singled out in particular for its performance in the career opportunities, work/life balance and training & development categories. As in previous years, the working conditions and career opportunities for young academics and the focus on employee development played a key role in the judging process. Attractive remuneration models, a modern corporate culture and active and authentic communications with staff provided a firm basis for successful personnel management.
Dr. Benedikt Morsey, Head of Human Resources at the Loyalty Partner Group, sees the award as confirmation that the company’s personnel management is on the right tracks: “We’re really happy with this result. It shows that our personnel systems are moving in the right direction. We owe our success to our highly qualified employees and a unique corporate culture. We ask a lot of our employees and reward them accordingly. Our performance-related pay, personal objectives agreed with supervisors and outstanding additional benefits enable us to create real incentives. Our unique corporate culture gives employees the flexibility they need to work on their own initiative while also placing a very clear emphasis on collaboration. As a result, we don’t have to rely solely on financial means to motivate our employees.”
“The CRF Institute would like to congratulate Loyalty Partner GmbH on its success in our project. The certified Top German Employers 2013 show that they are not just successful in their area of business. All the companies are also focused on their workforce and go that extra mile as an employer, achieving the very best international standards in personnel management. Their successful certification doesn’t just put their personnel systems under independent scrutiny, it also compares them to other outstanding employers – thereby placing them in an excellent position when it comes to competing to attract the best talent from around the world,” explains Dennis Utter, Country Manager Top Employer for Germany & Switzerland.
