Florian Wolfframm becomes Head of Marketing and Offers Germany at PAYBACK
PAYBACK, the leading multi-channel marketing platform, will gather major departments together under one organisational umbrella in future. The departments Marketing Germany, Couponing and Online Shopping and the extensive loyalty programme will now be bundled into the "Marketing and Offers" division, which will be headed by Florian Wolfframm. Wolfframm had previously worked as Head of Digital Products and Innovations. "Our product portfolio has expanded enormously over the course of PAYBACK’s digital transformation into a multi-channel marketing platform. Furthermore, the right products need to get to customers at the right time and via the right channel," says the CEO of PAYBACK, Dominik Dommick. "Thanks to the new organisational structure, all the relevant departments now converge at a central point, and Florian is the perfect PAYBACK expert for this role." The 37-year-old has helped shape PAYBACK in various areas over the past few years. He was in charge of the rewards shop between 2007 and 2010. He then went to India, where in his role as project director he not only launched PAYBACK, but made a major contribution towards helping it become the leading bonus programme on the Indian market. After returning to Germany in 2012, Wolfframm established the department Digital Products and Innovations and developed the digital product portfolio that now forms the core of PAYBACK. His most successful projects include launching the global website, establishing digital REWE POS terminals, and designing the marketing platform for the newest PAYBACK country, Italy. Florian Wolfframm is trained in industrial commerce and is also a graduate in business administration. He began his career while still a student in 1997 with the media group Bertelsmann. Over the next ten years he gained experience in a range of roles at Bertelsmann Arvato AG and Direct Group, including positions as director of the RTL Club and quality manager of the various programmes.
