Vodafone and PAYBACK join forces to generate added value for customers

Attractive mobile phone offers for PAYBACK customers
"Vodafone-Stars" can be converted into PAYBACK points
Germany’s largest loyalty programme PAYBACK and the innovative telecommunications company Vodafone have launched a new partnership offering many benefits for customers. Vodafone will award PAYBACK points for new contracts taken out via the <link www.payback.de _blank>www.payback.de</link> website. In future, members of the PAYBACK loyalty programme will be able to exchange the points they have collected for attractive mobile phone rewards. It will also be possible to convert points from Vodafone’s own “Vodafone-Stars” loyalty programme into PAYBACK points. This gives customers even more ways to cash in points for the rewards of their choice. Vodafone is the second large company to team up with PAYBACK following the launch of the cooperation with Aral in May 2006. "By joining forces with PAYBACK, we can provide customers with extra benefits, impress them with our telecommunications services and offer them highly attractive products,” says Frank Rosenberger, Managing Director for Marketing at Vodafone Deutschland. Alexander Rittweger, CEO of Loyalty Partner GmbH, the company behind PAYBACK, is also very pleased with the fact that the two companies have joined forces: "This step will create considerable added value for both sides. Our new partnership with Vodafone brings even more benefits for our customers, who can collect points even faster and cash them in for the rewards of their choice.” About Vodafone Deutschland Vodafone Deutschland is one of Europe’s biggest and most innovative telecommunications companies, boasting some 30 million customers, a turnover in excess of eight billion Euros and 9,000 employees.
