At the beginning of the week, online flower shop Valentins became an official partner of PAYBACK, Germany’s biggest loyalty programme. In addition to winning new customers, Valentins is also looking to use the partnership to increase the frequency of purchases and its resale rate. By collaborating with PAYBACK, the world-leading multipartner loyalty programme, Valentins will be able to maximise customer benefits in the future.
The cooperation with PAYBACK has been publicised on the valentins.de website since the beginning of September. Even more points will be up for grabs to mark the start of the partnership. From the coming week until 29 May 2013, over 20 million PAYBACK customers will be able to obtain five times the normal number of points when buying flowers via valentins.de. “Our focus is increasingly spreading to strategic partnerships with online shops. In the online flower shop Valentins, we have obtained a highly experienced and extremely likable partner in this sector. As a new online official partner, Valentins is free to decide the type and level of incentives offered. It can address specific customer groups individually and is using our multichannel marketing platform to implement a genuine customer loyalty strategy,” says PAYBACK Managing Director Dominik Dommick. “Thanks to our exclusive cooperation with PAYBACK, we are able to offer our customers unique added value that will lead to far greater customer loyalty.
