Users praise the PAYBACK app for its “very high added value”

The PAYBACK app has been awarded the rating “very high added value” by consumers. This is the result of the user survey “Added value of mobile apps”, conducted by the rating agency Service Value on behalf of the Süddeutsche Zeitung and the SZ Institute. There were 655 apps to choose from in 59 categories. PAYBACK achieved the best scores of all the apps surveyed, tied with shopping giant Amazon, followed by OTTO and eBay.

“We are delighted that our PAYBACK app was once again rated so highly this year! For us, it is once again proof that the app is user-friendly and offers benefits,” says PAYBACK Managing Director Dominik Dommick. The PAYBACK app is simple, secure and combines many services in one application: you can use it to shop at over 700 partner companies, collect points, redeem points, donate, activate coupons, make mobile payments, view your points balance at any time and also play games. Their feeds are not identical, as the app displays offers and coupons that match their shopping preferences. PAYBACK has already received numerous awards for its app, including the top 3 best shopping apps in Germany. According to Statista, PAYBACK PAY is already one of the 3 best-known mobile payment functions together with PayPal and Klarna.
