Bonn/Munich, 2 July 2019 – Deutsche Telekom has extended its successful partnership with PAYBACK, Germany’s largest bonus programme, by a further three years. This means customers will continue to benefit by collecting PAYBACK points when signing new landline or mobile phone contracts, and will also earn points on Telekom’s range of accessories, Magenta SmartHome components and Solo devices. PAYBACK points can also be redeemed over the counter in Telekom stores, where the value of the points is deducted from the customer’s bill. Telekom has been cooperating with PAYBACK for nearly 10 years and is one of the largest and most popular of its 650 partner companies.
“We are looking forward to working with PAYBACK as a cooperation partner for a further three years. Customers love being able to collect points when buying Telekom products, and it puts the perfect finishing touch on their shopping experience. This has made PAYBACK very important to our customers, and it allows us to offer them significant added value,” said Michael Hagspihl, director of the private customer segment at Telekom Deutschland GmbH.
“Long-term partnerships are crucial both for PAYBACK’s success and for its attractiveness to customers. We are therefore delighted to receive this vote of confidence and we are pleased that two brands as strong and popular as Telekom and PAYBACK can continue working together to offer great benefits to millions of customers in Germany,” said PAYBACK Managing Director Bernhard Brugger. PAYBACK points can be collected via all Telekom sales channels, including the 700 Telekom stores, the free order hotline and the online shop (<link www.telekom.de/PAYBACK>www.telekom.de/PAYBACK</link>).
