The digital retail company QVC will now be cooperating with PAYBACK. From now on, more than 30 million customers of Germany’s largest and most popular bonus programme can collect points when ordering from <link www.qvc.de/>QVC.de</link>. In addition, they can multiply these points with PAYBACK coupons. QVC offers a shopping experience that changes every day on three TV channels, in its online shop and on its social media platforms. The range covers items from well-known brands as well as innovative products in the categories of home, fashion, beauty, electronics and jewellery. QVC Inc. was founded in the USA in 1986 and has been operating in Germany since 1996. With annual sales of USD 899 million, QVC is the market leader in its sector.

“We are very excited about our partnership with PAYBACK. It will bring us into contact with a broad base of consumers to whom we can now present customised offers across all our channels – online, offline and mobile. This cooperation also enables us to offer incentives for individual parts of our range. That’s a real bonus for the customers”, says Florian Hoffmeister, director of e-commerce and customer marketing at QVC.

“A warm welcome to QVC! Our partnership will offer all our customers a fantastic opportunity to collect many more points. At the same time, our wide-reaching multi-channel marketing platform will help QVC to make its campaigns even more effective, digital and mobile”, explains Torsten Hautmann, director of digital partner management at PAYBACK.

PAYBACK has a reach that hardly any other company in Germany has. Over 30 million customers use the programme and its offers at around 650 partner companies. With over 6 million active users, the PAYBACK app, which combines mobile point collection, coupon activation and mobile payment, is among the top three shopping apps, and PAYBACK is currently the market leader for mobile payment in Germany.
