Premiere: BURGER KING® starts scoring points in 2015 with PAYBACK

The first partnership between a system catering company and a bonus programme in Germany
It will happen within the year 2015: Over 26 million PAYBACK customers will be able to collect points in more than 500 participating BURGER KING® restaurants throughout Germany. The familiar PAYBACK principle then also applies when ordering these famous, flame-grilled burgers. It's easy to collect PAYBACK points and the card is shown at German PoS more than 3 million times every day. In future, guests will be able to collect points every time they buy a BURGER KING® product, and redeem them directly during their next visit. The collected points aren't just limited to use at BURGER KING®, but can also be redeemed with a wide range of other PAYBACK partners. A unique strategic partnership
Alongside the cross-Germany expansion of the BURGER KING® delivery service that has already begun, BURGER KING® is creating yet another service advantage for its guests and fans with this strategic partnership. "In future, buying a WHOPPER® will mean our guests win more than just the great taste. For PAYBACK cardholders, there will also be offers available through offline, online and mobile channels", explains Andreas Bork, Vice President & General Manager Burger King Central Europe. "This partnership will add another building block to our mobile presence for potential and existing BURGER KING® fans. Through these means, together with the BURGER KING® app, we can keep a total of well over 10 million app users informed about news and promotions," Andreas Bork adds. He adds that PAYBACK will be made even more attractive because customers are now able to collect more points, even more quickly than previously, by visiting many BURGER KING® restaurants. For all BURGER KING® guests who do not yet have a PAYBACK card, there will be a new, specially designed BURGER KING® PAYBACK card available, with which they can sign in and start collecting points straight away.
