Among 15 customer credit card providers tested, the leading bonus program PAYBACK takes top spot ahead of ADAC and BMW. This is the result of the consumer study conducted by Deutschland Test in cooperation with the analysis and consulting company Service Value. The online survey evaluated a total of over 2,100 customer votes, with respondents rating their provider in four categories: customer service, customer communication, product performance and value for money.
With top scores in all categories, PAYBACK was the clear winner of the test.
"We always offer our customers the right credit card. The PAYBACK American Express card, which is available without an annual fee, is particularly popular. It makes it much quicker and easier to collect points when shopping, because you also receive points on your total sales outside the PAYBACK partner network and no more points can expire," says Nadine Lesch, Director Account Management Cards & Online Panel Sales at PAYBACK.
For the survey, credit card users from all over Germany and from various household sizes, income, occupational and age groups were questioned.
