AYBACK scores top marks for customer service and satisfaction. The latest "German Customer Award 2022/23" study by the German Society for Consumer Studies honors Germany's most popular bonus system for "outstanding customer satisfaction", "outstanding customer service" and an "outstanding price-performance ratio". The company achieved the top scores both across all sectors and in the "bonus programs" category.

The study involved around 340,000 customer assessments of a total of 2,589 companies from 258 sectors. Customers aged between 18 and 65 were surveyed on a 10-point scale from 1=disastrous to 10=outstanding. The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Verbraucherstudien (German Association for Consumer Studies) is independent of providers and conducts tests, reviews and surveys neutrally, on the basis of criteria developed by experts, and does not work on behalf of one or more providers.
