PAYBACK has yet another award to be proud of: at the virtual awards ceremony for the "Loyalty Magazine Awards" in London, PAYBACK GO emerged as the winner in the "Best Loyalty Industry Innovation" category. The latest service in the popular PAYBACK app thus prevailed over innovations submitted by competitors such as Master Card and SKY Deutschland. The category specifically honours technologies that were launched in 2019, have significantly increased the brand's competitiveness and are regarded as leading in the industry. The jury particularly praised the "enormously innovative achievement of providing customers with personalised and therefore relevant offers using PAYBACK GO and location-based services".

As a result, the PAYBACK app automatically adapts its content and colour to the respective partner and displays the specific offers and coupons. PAYBACK GO works throughout Germany with partners such as Aral, Alnatura, dm-drogerie markt, Fressnapf, Real, REWE and PENNY. The requirement for using the location-based service is the activation of its location in the PAYBACK app. PAYBACK GO currently makes the PAYBACK app an even more popular shopping companion. The app combines mobile point collection, coupon activation and payment and is already being actively used by more than 10 million customers in Germany. Together with Amazon and eBay, it is one of the top 3 shopping apps in Germany.
