The mobile version of the leading bonus program PAYBACK can be pleased about one of the highest honors - namely from the users:themselves: they rated the PAYBACK app with a "very high customer benefit". This is the result of a comprehensive national study conducted by the BILD newspaper in July together with ServiceValue. In the "everyday apps" category, the PAYBACK app is ranked second ahead of eBay Classifieds, the Luca app, Signal, Idealo, Whatsapp and Zoom. 1st place is currently occupied by wetter.com with the highest customer value.
"We are delighted to have moved up even one place compared with last year's survey," says Michael Eichhorn, Director Digital POS and PAY at PAYBACK. "More than 10 million customers in Germany already use the PAYBACK app because it is simple, secure and practical, and you can use it to collect and save lots of points quickly. It bundles many services, the coupons are always with you, and mobile shopping and payment are also possible. This further award from BILD shows once again the great added value our app brings users," says Eichhorn.
The study under the motto "Customer King" is based on an online survey in which the customer benefits of around 3,000 companies from more than 200 industries were examined.
