Michael Gilli (29) is starting work as a team leader in the newly founded Media & Performance Management unit at PAYBACK. Michael, a media studies graduate, has several years' experience in online marketing, adserving and targeting and will continue to drive forward the expansion of the advertising inventory and targeting technology of PAYBACK as the largest German multichannel marketing platform. Before joining PAYBACK, Michael worked for just under four years at Scout24 Holding GmbH – latterly as a senior online marketing manager – where he managed strategic online marketing projects in areas such as targeting. Michael mapped out his career specialisation early on. In his diploma thesis, which he completed at Deutsche Telekom AG, he focused on "Optimising online marketing to increase sales for a video-on-demand portal".
