MYTOYS GROUP builds loyalty online and becomes official PAYBACK partner

Network of major e-commerce brands now offering points – Optimum added value for businesses and customers through multi-channel offers – Points can also be collected in myToys stores
The MYTOYS GROUP, the number one online retailer for family shopping in Europe and leading multi-channel provider of children’s products in the German-speaking countries, is to team up with PAYBACK in the future. As a result of the partnership, the 28 million customers of the leading bonus programme will be able to buy toys, baby equipment, shoes and women’s clothing in the three popular online shops myToys, mirapodo and ambellis and collect points at the same time. Customers will also be able to collect points when shopping in any of the 14 myToys branches. From 25 April to 29 May 2016, the new PAYBACK partners will reward their customers with coupons containing points worth ten times their normal value. “We believe the partnership with PAYBACK is a useful complement to our multi-channel offer. It gives us the opportunity to make good use of our online and offline channels and expand them further in order to reach customers. Teaming up with a strong partner like PAYBACK, which has extensive reach and a unique platform, provides us with yet another attractive and relevant USP for our customers”, said myToys managing director Dr Oliver Lederle. “Our customers literally can now have lots of fun collecting points,” said PAYBACK CEO Dominik Dommick. “Through this partnership, the online shops are not only able to gain access to new customer segments, but – and this factor will also become even more important online – can also encourage consumers to make repeat purchases, thus promoting customer loyalty”. Over recent months, PAYBACK.de has become one of the leading and fastest growing e-commerce platforms in Germany and has successfully acquired many online partners, including Expedia.de, Sheego and four new online shops belonging to the Channel21 brand.
