This is the ninth time in a row that the holding company, part of American Express, has garnered the coveted title through its companies PAYBACK, Emnos and Loyalty Partner Solutions (LPS). Loyalty Partner employs a workforce of around 1,000 at its headquarters in Munich and at subsidiaries in the US, India, Mexico, France, Poland, Spain, Italy and Great Britain. The independent Top Employers Institute lauded the company's excellent HR strategy and practices.
