Long-term cooperation between Dänisches Bettenlager and PAYBACK
Handewitt, Munich – Dänisches Bettenlager has extended its partnership with PAYBACK by a further three years. The bed and home furnishings store has almost 900 stores in Germany and has been part of the market-leading loyalty programme since 2004. “We are looking forward to work together with PAYBACK in the next years. The PAYBACK multi-channel marketing platform enables us to reach our customers using every channel, which creates a strong bond and brings in new customers,” explains Ole N. Nielsen, member of the Dänisches Bettenlager management team. “The extension of the contract with Dänisches Bettenlager is a clear indication of how appealing our loyalty programme is for partners and customers,” says Walter Lukner of the PAYBACK management team. “Dänisches Bettenlager uses our marketing platform to appeal to customers in a personalized and targeted way. At the same time, consumers benefit from its comprehensive range and their loyalty is rewarded in the form of numerous benefits and coupons.” There is a clear trend using digital and mobile channels, because more and more PAYBACK customers are securing attractive offers by activating their electronic coupons using <link www.payback.de/>PAYBACK.de</link> or the PAYBACK mobile app. PAYBACK customers can earn points at over 600 partners. The most recent additions have included Deutsche Telekom, Expedia.de and REWE supermarkets, who will launch PAYBACK in the course of 2014. Dänisches Bettenlager: The company started out 29 years ago, when it opened its first store in Flensburg. Aiming to provide quality at great prices, Dänisches Bettenlager was able to position and establish itself in a niche between traditional furniture shops and discount stores, an area which had for many years been poorly served, within the space of a few years. Since then, the company has pursued a consistent policy of expansion and today has just under 900 successful bed and home furnishing stores in Germany and 80 in Austria.
