Continuous excellence: Loyalty Partner was recognized as a "Top Employer" for the 18th time in a row

Loyalty Partner not only excels at collecting points, but also regularly wins prizes. This year, the parent company of the PAYBACK bonus program has once again been awarded the title of "Top Employer". The "Top Employer Institute"  has recognized the company for the 18th time in a row for its outstanding conditions as an employer. To this end, around 2,300 companies from more than 120 countries were analyzed in a comprehensive evaluation process. The assessment was based on six HR dimensions and, within these, in a total of 20 HR areas, including Performance & Values, Learning and Work Environment.

Loyalty Partner scored particularly well in the Employer Branding, Talent & Acquisition and Onboarding categories, achieving almost 100%. However, the company also outperformed the competition in the areas of Business Strategy, People Strategy and Leadership.
