Digital Media Women cooperates with PAYBACK

Support and advancement of women in digital professions
Munich/Hamburg, 8 March 2017 – PAYBACK and the Digital Media Women (#DMW) association will join forces in the future with the aim of promoting the support and advancement of women working in digital media professions. “We see digital transformation as a great opportunity to make our vision of an equal working world for women and men a reality. PAYBACK is therefore our ideal partner because it has extensive expertise in the field of digitalisation,” said Maren Martschenko, the first chairwoman of the #DMW.  “Although the digital sector is often male-dominated, at PAYBACK it is intentionally not solely a male domain. The way we work is just as important for us as the ongoing digital development of our product. Our partnership with the #DMW is therefore a key priority for us and we are delighted to be working with the association,” said Claudia Lampeitl, Senior Mobile Marketing Manager at PAYBACK.   Over the past three years, PAYBACK has committed itself to digital transformation and has digitised its programme, marketing platform and channels. A digital PAYBACK card was also launched in June 2016 in the form of the new PAYBACK app, which enables customers to collect points, activate coupons and even make payments on their smartphones. With 11 million downloads, it is one of the most successful shopping apps in Germany.  About Digital Media Women:
