Loyalty Partner, the parent company of the PAYBACK bonus program, has once again been awarded the title of "Top Employer". For the 17th time in succession, the "Top Employer Institute" has recognized the company for its outstanding conditions as an employer. In a multi-stage evaluation process, the institute assessed around 1,850 companies from 123 countries on the basis of six overarching HR dimensions and, within these, in a total of 20 HR areas such as Purpose & Values, Learning or Work Environment.
"Last year, we focused particularly on our growth and were able to attract a gratifying number of new colleagues. In 2023, our focus will be on further developments in the areas of TECH, Data and Product, and we are convinced that we will be able to attract many candidates with the spirit that is so typical of PAYBACK and our modern corporate culture," says Carolin Schlegtendal, HR Director.
Loyalty Partner stood out particularly in the categories Organization & Change, Digital HR and Work Environment, where it achieved almost 100%. But the company also came out on top in the areas of Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition and Onboarding.
