Collect PAYBACK points with Signal Iduna

All-round financial service provider now also offers customers “one of the most popular currencies in Germany” – bonus programme adds to health sector portfolio.
2010 is getting off to a flying start for PAYBACK with a new cooperation partner in January. Customers who take out health insurance with Signal Krankenversicherung a. G. will receive points which they can redeem for rewards, vouchers, etc. “We are delighted about this new cooperation agreement with Germany’s largest bonus scheme,” states Michael Johnigk, Sales Director of the Dortmund/Hamburg-based Signal Iduna Group. “Customers who benefit from our outstanding insurance products will now also enjoy the very attractive added value of one of the most popular ‘currencies’ in Germany – PAYBACK points,” he adds. The cooperation is part of Signal Iduna’s efforts to further boost customer loyalty and the company’s profile. According to the GfK (Society for Consumer Research), 60 percent of German households have a PAYBACK card. “Signal Iduna is an ideal addition to the existing PAYBACK health insurance portfolio. Many PAYBACK members have been waiting for another well-known insurance company with an attractive portfolio to join the programme. Signal Iduna’s products and our many direct channels of communication with customers will combine to boost the benefits of our programme for both consumers and our partner companies,” comments PAYBACK CEO Burkhard Grassmann. All insurance-related processes – from tailored customer consultancy and application processing to the conclusion of insurance policies and ongoing customer service – will be handled by Signal Krankenversicherung.
