CCV Quality Award for PAYBACK and Competence Call Centre (CCC)

PAYBACK and CCC are pleased to receive an award for their joint performance and positive results regarding customer satisfaction. This award was given at the CCV Quality Awards hosted by Call Center Verband Deutschland (CCV, Call Centre Association Germany) in Berlin. Ursula Steinmetz, Honorary President of CCV, personnel consultant and member of the jury and presenter of the award for this category described the project as "an excellent example of a real focus on customers and customer satisfaction”. CCC has been supporting PAYBACK as a full outsourcing partner in areas like incoming telephony B2C and B2B, email and letter correspondence, social media and 'back office' services since October 2010. “Our company places great value on member and employee loyalty.
