Loyalty Partner is a "Top Employer" for the 15th time in a row - meaning that the company has once again been certified for outstanding employee conditions. This is according to the latest survey by the Top Employers Institute.
The holding company Loyalty Partner, which belongs to American Express and also includes the leading multi-partner bonus program PAYBACK and its sister company Loyalty Partner Solutions (LPS), employs around 1,000 people at its headquarters in Munich, with companies in India, Italy, Mexico, Austria and Poland, among others.
This year, the Top Employers Institute recognized more than 1,600 top employers in 120 countries on five continents. The institute examines companies on the basis of six overarching HR dimensions and 20 HR areas, such as Work Environment, Talent Acquisition or Inclusion & Diversity. Loyalty Partner scores exceptionally well on talent strategy, workforce planning and corporate culture. "2020 was a particularly challenging year. The safety of our colleagues was paramount and a top priority at all times. We were quick to WORK FROM ANYWHERE and allowed parents a lot of flexibility, which they took advantage of on a very individual basis. With proactive crisis communication on many channels (including our employee app), we managed to maintain our corporate culture and cohesion despite the pandemic.
