In (digital) marketing, our goal is to convince customers of our service offerings. For this purpose, we engage our customers through attractive campaigns and always offer them relevant incentives to actively use our various programs. Our main objective is to meet the expectations of our partners and to strengthen our own trading revenues. Thus, we rely on KPIs to measure and optimize our campaigns and operations. We base all our marketing activities and our actions on the PAYBACK principle: Every interaction is a rewarding experience for our customers.
Our multichannel marketing platform is not only exceptionally powerful – but we develop all campaigns and communication media ourselves or in close cooperation with our agencies. Digitization, relevance and omnichannel – we realize and design all media in-house. This makes our work particularly diverse – you really can't get more marketing than at PAYBACK.
At LPS
Marketing at Loyalty Partner Solutions involves B2B marketing in all its facets. Our marketing activities focus on international companies from the airline, travel and hospitality industries that operate a loyalty program.
With our business goals in mind, we conceptualize and design content for our website, social media channels, product marketing and our innovation team. For the participation in international conferences, we plan the appearance and the presentation of our software and services in consultation with the sales team. Likewise, internal communication within the company, but also towards PAYBACK, falls within our remit. As a growing Munich-based tech company, we are constantly on the hunt for new talents, which we support by developing and implementing employer branding measures. Juggling different projects, service providers and interfaces makes every day creative and varied.
