At the beginning of the week, online flower shop Valentins became an official partner of PAYBACK, Germany’s biggest loyalty programme. In addition to winning new customers, Valentins is also looking to use the partnership to increase the frequency of purchases and its resale rate.
By collaborating with PAYBACK, the world-leading multipartner loyalty programme, Valentins will be able to maximise customer benefits in the future.
The cooperation with PAYBACK has been publicised on the valentins.de website since the beginning of September. Even more points will be up for grabs to mark the start of the partnership. From the coming week until 29 May 2013, over 20 million PAYBACK customers will be able to obtain five times the normal number of points when buying flowers via valentins.de.
