gesund.de and PAYBACK extend their partnership long-term

gesund.de and PAYBACK have extended their partnership and are continuing their successful collaboration in the long term. More than 31 million PAYBACK users can reward themselves with PAYBACK points when shopping via gesund.de. They can collect these points when they buy over-the-counter medicines and healthcare products online from their local pharmacy. The gesund.de health platform and PAYBACK launched their collaboration in 2021. Since then, PAYBACK users have been able to collect points when buying over-the-counter medicines and healthcare products online at every third local pharmacy in Germany. Since the start of the cooperation, more than 30 million PAYBACK points have already been awarded.

"PAYBACK is a key component in our marketing mix, combining attractive purchase incentives with personalization and reach. This allows us to connect people with their local pharmacies in a targeted manner and direct transactions to the pharmacies," explains Maximilian Achenbach, Managing Director of gesund.de. The extensive PAYBACK services are included for the pharmacies participating in gesund.de. Both the marketing measures and the PAYBACK points are financed by gesund.de, so there are no additional costs for the pharmacies.

And it's that simple: Before completing the order via the gesund.de app and on the web at gesund.de, customers of the bonus program can enter their PAYBACK customer number. If you store your customer number in your gesund.de user account, you don't have to do this step. One PAYBACK point is awarded for every euro spent. The promotional points are particularly attractive: If users activate healthy.de coupons before making a PAYBACK purchase, they also benefit from a multiplication of points.
